GIFT CARDS
Staples once had only a single, generic gift card. My team and I created 20+ unique designs. Here are a few of my standout favorites.
Beyond traditional marketing efforts, we were tasked with creating location-specific campaigns to promote the Easy Button.
For Chicago, we tapped into the city’s passionate sports culture. The creative appeared as backlit signage along the mezzanine level at Soldier Field — home of the Chicago Bears — placing the message directly in front of an engaged fan base.
We also activated a second high-profile venue, Crypto.com Arena (formerly Staples Center), where the concept connected the Easy Button to both major sporting events and live music performances, reinforcing the brand’s relevance across entertainment experiences.
G-Form develops high-performance sports protection made with a proprietary foam that flexes in motion and hardens on impact. They offer gear for mountain biking, baseball, lacrosse, and soccer.
I oversaw all design and photography for all marketing, ecomm, and packaging.
Branding campaign for Ingenico, a global provider of seamless payment solutions, including landing pages for thought-leadership content, animated banners, and email marketing assets.
Audible required a lifecycle retention email program designed to reduce churn following a negative listening experience.
Phase one reassured members that a great listening experience matters, highlighting the frictionless exchange policy and the ability to replace an unsatisfying title at no cost. Phase two delivered personalized recommendations based on individual profiles and listening behavior, re-engaging users and encouraging continued listening.
Interstitial banners and email campaign highlighting PayPal’s six-months-no-interest financing benefit, designed to increase consideration and drive conversion.
A colleague and I represented Staples Copy & Print Design Services at the Propelify Innovation Festival, where we were tasked with creating custom logos for attendees based on a quick creative brief. The goal was to showcase how Staples can help customers bring their brand to life quickly and easily.
The response was incredible — in just 8 hours, we designed more than 50 logos, averaging one every 20 minutes. It was thrilling to see attendees inspired by our designs and excited to launch their brands.
The logos featured here are a selection of what I created that day.
Staples’ in-store signage had become cluttered and overwhelming, creating a fragmented customer experience. I collaborated closely with stakeholders to develop comprehensive signage standards that streamlined messaging, enhanced clarity, and elevated the overall shopping experience.
